Champissage is an advanced form of
head massage. Indian Head Massage has an ancient history,
having been practised in India for centuries. Some of
its effects can be to:
give relief from the aches and pains of accumulated
stress and tension which affect the neck, back, shoulders,
head and face.
improve blood circulation under the scalp, helping
to promote hair growth.
relieve eye strain, tension headaches and migraines.
relieve sinusitis
improve sleep, concentration and fatigue
relax body and mind, giving a sense of calm and peace
improve energy levels
Treatment
The initial consultation takes about 45 minutes. Further
sessions take 35 minutes and are designed to help
patients with any of the
above conditions and others which may not be listed
here. The consultation helps to inform the treatment
programme for the individual.
The number and frequency of the sessions depends upon
patients' own needs and it is often found that Indian
Head Massage can enable people to promote and support
their own continuing health programme.
Treatment can therefore be short or long term or as
and when you need a 'top up'!
