Mary Pearson has been teaching meditation since 1994,
and has a daily meditation practice which helps her remain
calm and centred even in challenging situations. Her teaching
style is welcoming and encouraging.
"You just need to be in the same room as Mary to feel calm,
relaxed and energised by life all at the same time. I have
attended many of her meditation classes and they have all
been fantastic. I always leave feeling I'm floating on air."
Meditation can support our journey to attain our
true potential as human beings and ultimately, total
realisation for the benefit of all.
Working with meditation techniques that include: breathing,
moving, sound and light, practitioners can experience
deep happiness which comes from connecting with their
true essential natures.
What is real is eternal, unending and permanent
What is transient is the relative world of change
We need to discover inside ourselves that which doesn't
change
Caroline Shaw
Meditation is becoming more popular as people become
aware of the benefits it brings especially in the
stressful, time hungry lives so many of us live today.
The purpose of meditation is to make our minds calm
and peaceful so we can handle even the most stressful
situations calmly. Meditation gives us the tools by
which we can start to enjoy fuller, happier lives
and better relationships. Many people have noticed
dramatic improvements in their lives and health. People
who meditate look and feel much younger than their
age.
