Thank you for your interest in becoming a practitioner at CHHC.

This information sheet outlines the costs and services currently offered at CHHC.

The rent payment includes a furnished room, reception cover 6 days per week, all paper products, use of telephones for business purposes and use of photocopier ( If you need to photocopy a large amount, we request that you replace the paper used).
We also have a fax machine, credit card facility and we provide tea and coffee.
Each room is equipped with a treatment couch (or two comfortable chairs in the counselling room), 2 pillows, a blanket, desk, 2 chairs, lamps, sink, mirror, waste bin, and telephone.

PROMOTION
The clinic advertises in the Yellow pages, BT phone book, in four local directories and on five screens at Cheltenham General Hospital. We also have an extremely good web site.

WEB SITE
The web site is regularly updated, keeping visitors informed of clinic news and events. It is fully revised annually to give practitioners the opportunity to update their own pages. If additional changes are required throughout the year by a practitioner, each change will incur a modest administration charge.

COMMUNICATION
We hold regular staff meetings, which ensures good communication between us all and gives us the opportunity for cross referrals.

RENTAL / SESSIONS
The clinic days are divided into 3 sessions per day:
Morning session 8.30am - 1.00pm
Afternoon session 1.30pm - 6.00pm
Evening session 6.15pm - 9.15pm (no reception cover)

The rent is £42.30 per daytime session and £28.20 per evening session.
Additional use of the rooms outside of pre-booked times will be charged at £13.80 per hour.
Rent is payable by standing order on the first of the month, in advance. In order to provide the best possible service to our practitioners, we request a month’s notice of any changes, and we will do the same.
Upon joining, a payment of one months deposit and the first month’s rent is required.

The charges for sessions booked monthly in advance, are as follows:
1 session/week £176.25 per month
2 sessions/week £352.50 per month (1 full day)
3 sessions/week £528.75 per month
4 sessions/week £705.00 per month (2 full days)
5 sessions/week £881.25 per month
6 sessions/week £1057.50 per month (3 full days)
Evening session £117.50 per month
