Cathy has a Diploma in Pilates and is a Level 3 Instructor.

Cathy discovered the benefits of practicing Pilates through her rehabilitation from a freak riding accident several years ago which resulted in multiple fractures to her spine and foot. Jeff Docherty began studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1992 seeking a set of life nourishing practices to complement his studies in Buddhism. Jeff is a qualified Shiatsu massage practitioner and Acupuncturist. He learned Qi Gong with Chris Jarmey in 1992, a well known exponent and successful author. Jeff went on to learn Sun Style Taiji from Dave Martin in 1996, the leading figure in the UK. After years of study and practice, Jeff began to teach these forms of Classical Chinese Exercise from 2003.

John joined Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre in 1986 as an Alexander Technique practitioner, having previously had a career as a science teacher in Secondary and Further Education. After three years he decided to add to that experience and train in Craniosacral Therapy. Since then he has undertaken a good deal of further study. He is particularly interested in the resolution of the affects of stress, shock, injury and trauma.
Katie completed her teacher training through YogaWorks with Anna Zorzou in Santorini, Greece.
The YogaWorks method comprises elements of Iyengar, Astanga and Viniyoga. There is a great emphasis on correct alignment and safety before Vinyasa flow yoga work is introduced. The breath is used to bring awareness to the body and mind, creating the union that is the focus of asana yoga. Katie also introduces the importance of core alignment and engagement to build strength both mentally and physically.
Prior to her teacher training Katie has been practicing yoga for since 1998, mainly in the Hatha and Astanga traditions. Katie has a dedicated daily yoga practice that includes meditation and breathwork. She continues to practice with a variety of teachers in the UK and Europe.
Having just returned to the UK after living abroad for the past 12 years she is passionate about taking forward her role as a yoga teacher to bring the benefits of yoga to others.
Katja and David Behrens
Katja and David Behrens are registered Homeopaths and work together as a team to bring effective support and health care to people who suffer from acute or chronic illnesses. They both graduated from the 4 year course at the School of Homeopathy and also did an advanced training for 18 months with the renowned Homeopathic Doctor Rajan Sankaran which is now continued throughout 2014. Lindsey has been a lecturer, teacher and workshop leader for many years in the field of Theatre and Dance. She has been practising yoga for ten years and has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 1997.
Lisa began her training in 2001 at the Institute for Art in Therapy in Education in London where she gained a Post Graduate Certificate in the application of Arts in therapy. She has since had two children and is now in the advanced stages of training completing her MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and accreditation with UKCP at the Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCPC).
Her personal research specialism explores the enduring experience of infant loss by examining the nature of the early mother infant bond, how trauma impacts upon the body, the importance of ritual in transition and the impact of permission to validate and accommodate the experience of loss.
She has been developing her private practice at CHHC over the 6 years and has also supported mothers during pregnancy and following birth in a group work setting and one to one psychotherapy within the NHS perinatal psychiatric service in Worcestershire.
